Happy Friday!

Another crazy week is almost passed, and I’m looking forward to getting lots of work done and afterward, having some time to whip together some holiday treats and round up my six busy roommates for our holiday photo!

As I like to do each Friday, I’m going to share with you some of the gems that have caught my eye this past week, for your enjoyment! Bon week-end, les amis!

Rebecca Modite‘s blog is always golden, but this guest post from Sam Davidson was especially awesome.

This online charity makes it as easy as pie to support our education without the middle-man fuss, by allowing simple searches by city, school, and the type of project they need funding for. The requests include everything from iPads to books, and you can also view information about which projects are most urgent. (The company is also growing and frequently post openings on their site.)

As usual, Alison Jones gets gutsy with the nonprofit world and asks a tough question.

This series of exhibits reconfigures the ideas of space and books and our relationship to each. I wonder if these are what the libraries of the future will look like?

This Brooklyn design studio is always up to something awesome. And their latest poster is no exception. Hilarious.
